Getting started with Microsoft Victory Lap is easy. First, login to the site using the Windows Live ID associated with your Microsoft Partner Network membership. Then tell us which Twitter handle you will be tweeting from. A Twitter account is required if you’d like to earn badges. Once you’ve completed these two steps you’re ready to start broadcasting your Microsoft-based solution wins!
